sketches, special information)- Work order management with execution day, column planning and photos Building documentation The building documentation is done with photos, because a picture is known to say more than 1000 words.
The photo can be given a title and it is stored together with the time stamp and the associated employee information directly in the designated folder with project reference.Alternatively, checklists or free text fields can be used for the construction documentation.The construction documentation, like the time recording, is also possible when the device is offline.
Working time recording With just a few clicks, the working time recording can depict the activity (travel time, working time and break time) as well as dynamically the column structure with reference to a work order with just a few clicks.
The working hours are checked for plausibility.If a booking has been forgotten, it can be entered using a form.Working time can also be recorded when the device is currently not connected to the network (WLAN, 3G, LTE), all information is saved and sent automatically as soon as the network connection is restored.
This enables live controlling from every construction site.
Customer registration The customer registration takes place in a slim form and the data can be filled out automatically with the help of Google Maps.
Project registration The projects can be saved with a meaningful title, the planned execution period and the construction site address.
Photos can also be added.
Work order management The work orders are assigned to the respective projects and thus also the basis for working time recording and construction documentation.
A daily planning and column planning is possible.
A risk assessment can also be stored.
Access Permissions The app has a comprehensive authorization concept, which makes it possible to show or hide any button, depending on which user is logged on.
This allows you to optimally adapt the app to the hierarchy structure and internal work processes.
